These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CPR4Kids (https://www.cpr4kids.org) and your purchase of a subscription to our online video library. By subscribing or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CPR4Kids provides educational video content about CPR, choking relief, AED use, and related life-saving topics. Content is intended for general educational purposes for parents, teachers, and caregivers.

2. Subscription & Billing

Access is provided through an annual subscription billed at $39.00 USD per year. Payment is processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel through your PayPal account. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Educational Disclaimer: Not Medical Advice

Our videos are for educational purposes only. They do not replace formal CPR certification, hands-on training, or professional medical care. CPR4Kids makes no warranties regarding outcomes in real emergencies.

In any emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not delay emergency services to watch a video or use this website.

No person should perform emergency medical procedures unless necessary and, when possible, with appropriate consent. Actions taken based on our content are solely your responsibility.

4. Account Access

Access is tied to the email address associated with your PayPal subscription. You may log in using a one-time code sent to that email. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not share, redistribute, record, or publicly display our paid video content. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including videos, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by CPR4Kids or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated by PayPal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPR4Kids and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or our content at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
