These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CPR4Kids (https://www.cpr4kids.org) and your purchase of access to our online video library. By purchasing access or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CPR4Kids provides educational video content about CPR, choking relief, AED use, and related life-saving topics. Content is intended for general educational purposes for parents, teachers, and caregivers.

2. Price & Payment

Access to the full video library costs $39.00 USD, a one-time payment for lifetime access. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. This is a single charge, not a subscription: you will never be billed again. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Educational Disclaimer: Not Medical Advice

Our videos are for educational purposes only. They do not replace formal CPR certification, hands-on training, or professional medical care. CPR4Kids makes no warranties regarding outcomes in real emergencies.

In any emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not delay emergency services to watch a video or use this website.

No person should perform emergency medical procedures unless necessary and, when possible, with appropriate consent. Actions taken based on our content are solely your responsibility.

4. Checkout Reminders

If you enter an email address to start checkout and do not finish paying, we may email that address up to three times: about 10 minutes later, about 5 days later, and about 30 days later. Each of those emails includes a link to stop receiving them. We stop sending the reminders if you complete payment, if you use that link, or after the third email. Using that link also keeps the address off any future newsletter. Completing payment does not, by itself, do that. Login codes and purchase receipts are separate and are not covered by that link.

If you try to log in with an email that does not have access yet, we save that address and do not email you then. If you do not finish signing up, we may send one reminder about 10 minutes later. That reminder has the same link to stop. We do not send that reminder when the attempt looks automated.

5. Account Access

Access is tied to the email address you provide at checkout. You may log in using a one-time code sent to that email. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not share, redistribute, record, or publicly display our paid video content. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including videos, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by CPR4Kids or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

8. Lifetime Access

A purchase gives lifetime access to the video library, starting on the purchase date. "Lifetime" means for as long as CPR4Kids offers the video library online; there are no renewals and nothing to cancel. Members who joined under our earlier PayPal subscription and still had access on October 8, 2026 were moved to lifetime access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPR4Kids and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms or our content at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
